Why do we begin our program with self image?

    We all understand that our professionalism is directly related to our ability to meet certain
    criteria when it comes to our performance.

    If you were to ask any sales manager what characteristics best fit his top performers he
    would no doubt list among other things their positive attitude, their optimistic outlook and
    their endless energy.

    We truly believe that a closer look at a top performer will give you the picture of a person
    who has a positive self image.  A healthy positive self image is the primary characteristic that
    drives the top performers to excel in all facets of the sales process.

    We begin and end our boot camp with a look at how a positive self image is directly related to
    our performance. We believe that there are 10 elements in the sales process. Nine of those
    elements revolve around the 10th, self image.

    We also believe that without mastering the other 9 elements it would be difficult to maintain a
    positive self image and without a positive self image it would be difficult to continuously
    perform at the level necessary to master the other 9 elements.

    What we are talking about is a conscious decision to do our very best by taking care of  the
    things that will make us confident and self assured in our dealings with our family, friends,
    and business associates.
